This program is built around principles used in existing, proven types of therapy. The program guides users through the process of identifying and understanding what is feeding their depression. Then we focus on helping them take action that will lead to progress with their mental health.
Of course, when you are depressed, you must continually overcome many barriers to make progress with your mental health. Among the most common of these barriers are low energy, hopelessness, and feeling overwhelmed.
We designed this program around these barriers, so even if users have very little energy or feel hopeless, they can make progress with this program and with their mental health. We focus on the underlying causes of depression. This approach decreases the odds of relapse, which is crucial because depression is a highly recurrent disorder.
This program is for individuals struggling with major depression. It also can do a lot to help with generalized anxiety.
If you are struggling with your mental health, this program can likely help you. This program is an effective support option. Of course, results aren’t guaranteed, but we have seen this program truly change lives.
We strongly encourage you to invest in your mental well-being. Doing so could be one of the best choices you could make.
This program is designed to help you fight depression, but it can help you with so many things along the way. This program can also help you:
Increase hope, decrease negative thoughts, decrease rumination, develop your support network, reduce loneliness, increase self-acceptance, address trauma, handle negativity, manage anxiety, address abuse, increase self-awareness, get to the best resources, communicate more effectively, reduce stress, develop healthier coping strategies, create healthy habits, break bad habits, address addiction, increase energy, focus on meaningful values, improve self-worth, self-image, self-esteem, and more.
This program can’t guarantee that you will overcome depression or make progress with your mental health. However, almost all users report that this program helped them improve their mental health, and many users report impressive progress.
There are a few specific topics, such as trauma and abuse, that should be addressed by mental health professionals. Still, we know that many individuals can’t get professional help. Our program can help you learn to cope after these experiences, get to the most helpful resources, and take action that will likely benefit your mental health.
This program can profoundly help individuals with generalized anxiety. However, the material is not for other anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, specific phobias, etc.
Especially deep-rooted issues are quite tricky to work with (i.e., childhood trauma). Professionals should address these and similar problems. However, much of this program can help you work with your thoughts, triggers, etc.
This program is tailored to help individuals with major depression. It can also be beneficial for seasonal affective disorder.
Our service is specifically designed to help individuals struggling with major depression. It can also help with generalized anxiety and seasonal affective disorder.
For other psychological disorders, please get professional help.
When using this program, what should I expect?
This program has ten sections.
We strongly recommend you complete sections 1 and 2 before moving on to other sections. These lessons help you overcome common barriers that hold individuals back from taking action when depressed. You will begin to identify the issues you need to work on while using this program. We’ll talk about suicidal thoughts, how to stay safe, and how to handle difficult emotions.
After completing the first two sections, you can complete lessons in whatever order you would like.
Section 3 is the longest section in the program. It addresses the many causes of depression, such as stress, loneliness, grief, trauma, and much more. We strive to decrease the impact of the factors contributing to your depression.
Section 4 is all about your support system. Support is so crucial when fighting depression. Luckily, there are many ways you can find support. This section can also help you identify sources of negativity in your life. We will focus on both decreasing and better handling negativity.
Section 5 is about emotional awareness. You’ll begin to explore your mind—recognizing rumination, identifying cognitive distortions, practicing mindfulness, and expanding your emotional vocabulary. These lessons prepare you for section 6, where you will work with your thoughts.
Section 6 will help you address unhealthy thought patterns. Rewiring neural pathways takes a lot of time and effort, so we will encourage you to dedicate ample time to work with your thoughts.
Section 7 can help you increase self-acceptance and self-compassion. This section can help you identify, analyze, and improve dysfunctional expectations. Then you will have an opportunity to dedicate time to developing your self-image, self-esteem, and self-worth.
Section 8 is about routine, habits, and goals. This section can help you create healthy habits, modify existing habits, and break bad habits. The topics in this section seem simple, but they can be powerful.
Section 9 is about self-maintenance—exercising, eating well, getting sunlight, and getting consistent sleep. Everyone knows that these things can better their mental health; that knowledge is not enough. We will focus on making these actions manageable.
Section 10 is the final section of this program. First, we want you to see the progress you have made. Then we will concentrate on decreasing the odds of relapse. Once you complete these lessons, you will have made it through the program.
Just focus on coming back to this program regularly. We’ll take this one step at a time. Be patient, and remember that healing is a process.
We think you’ll love it. Register now and get started.
It’s completely up to you. Just do what you can, and focus on consistency. Generally, we recommend you aim for 5-15 minutes most days.
Healing takes time. Some days will be hell, while some days may be half-decent. Your mental health journey is a long, difficult, terrifying road, but you can heal. Be patient. The most important thing is that you come back to this website and put forth effort regularly.
For reference, most individuals spend 2-5 months regularly working with the program.
Comparing this program to therapy can help many individuals better understand their options and better understand what they are purchasing.
One session of therapy typically costs around $100. The max price of this program is $300 for lifetime access—including all future improvements. With our program, you get about 70 lessons. The effect of using this program is comparable to months worth of therapy for under $300.
We love therapy, but it isn’t perfect. Maybe you can’t fit treatment into your schedule. Perhaps you don’t feel comfortable speaking to a therapist, or you work the same hours that mental health professionals work. The Depression Solutions Program is more convenient and accessible. You can use it whenever and wherever you’d like. Plus, you don’t need to free up a whole hour—just something like 10 minutes most days.
Therapy has some advantages over our service. Some things should only be handled by professionals, such as trauma. If you aren’t making progress with your depression or mental health, you should see a professional. However, the majority of individuals using our program see noticeable improvement.
Once you have paid, you receive lifetime access to the material of the program! This means there isn’t a rush. Be patient; healing takes time.
